What is QuadPay?
QuadPay is an installment payment platform that automatically splits the purchase amount into 4 payments, every two weeks. QuadPay empowers our MWM gals to buy now and pay over time!

Why would I use QuadPay?
Our items are rarely restocked so once they're gone, they're gone for good. See something you like but don't wanna wait til payday? By using QuadPay you have the opportunity to split your MWM purchase into four (4) easy installments and pay for your order over time, instead of all-at-once.

What information do I have to provide to sign up for QuadPay?
QuadPay will ask for your name, address, date of birth, a US mobile number, and a US debit or credit card for sign up. Additionally, QuadPay requires a mobile phone number and text message verification to get started instead of having a traditional username and password.

Any limitations?
Your purchase must be $35+ and maximum amount you can spend will vary. Each transaction is assessed before it is approved and QuadPay does not approve every order. QuadPay considers a variety of factors to determine approvals and spend limits. If you are a repeat purchaser and have made all your repayments in time, you’ll likely receive a higher limit than someone who is a new customer.

How do I sign up?
It’s super easy! Sign up while you checkout. For the initial sign up, QuadPay will ask for your date of birth, a US mobile number and a US debit or credit card. Once you’ve entered your information, you'll know if you are approved instantly!

Who can use QuadPay?
In order to have an account with QuadPay, you must:

  • Live in the US
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid and verifiable mobile number
  • Use a US credit or debit card to make a purchase

How can I check my QuadPay account/orders?
You can check your account / orders on the QuadPay Customer Portal. Simply log in to view your account by entering your mobile number or email address. Log into QuadPay's Customer Portal at the following link: https://customer.quadpay.com/login

Verify your information and get instant access to current or past orders, edit your information, add a payment card and view your payments.

How will I know when I have to pay?
After you place your order, check your email for an email from QuadPay, which will have information about your order. QuadPay notifies customers with payment reminders via SMS and email before each payment is due.

When is my first payment due?
Your first payment of 25% of the total purchase price is due at the time of checkout. The remaining three payments will be billed automatically, every two weeks from the first payment date.

Can I pay off my installments early?
Definitely! Simply log in to QuadPay’s Customer Portal and choose the order you wish to pay off early. You can access the portal at this link: https://customer.quadpay.com

Does QuadPay charge any interest or other fees?
QuadPay does not charge any interest on your purchase. While installment payments are automatic, QuadPay will charge a late fee ($7) in certain instances such as if your payment cannot be processed because your debit card account has insufficient funds or your credit card is no longer valid. There is a $1 per-installment fee to use QuadPay, regardless of the size of your order. As long as your installments are paid on-time, there are no other fees to shop with QuadPay.
